2025 Radiation Oncology Physics Boot Camp
Date: In-person session only: June 28 - June 30, 2025. Hand Calculation Workshops will be held virtually on July 13 and July 14, 2025 for in-person attendees only. In-person attendees will be able to choose which virtual hand calculation session to attend at time of registration.
Times: In-person session: Saturday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, Sunday 7:30 am - 3:30 pm (Pacific Time). Virtual sessions: 8-11am and 1-4pm each day.
Location: UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine, Center for Companion Animal Health, Bennett Conference Room (map with driving directions)

Registration for this event is free. In-person registration limited to the first 20 registered participants.

Airports: The nearest airport to the UC Davis campus is Sacramento (SMF), and it is a half an hour drive to campus. Other regional airports are Oakland (OAK) which is about a 1 hour and 45 minutes drive to campus, San Francisco (SFO) which is a 2-hour drive to campus or San Jose (SJC) which is a 3-hour drive from campus.
